Mariell Danae,born July 1st. Named for her grandmothers Mary and Elizabeth. Just think, the poor child could have been named Elmar. Yuk-Yuk-Yuk!!!! We love her bunches

I got this old pedal tractor out of the shed. It was used when my kids played on it. Riley liked the tractor part, but the missing seat wasn't too comfortable. Thank goodness for diapers. Notice the hearing protection, just like the grownups. That was his own idea



While I was gone on my trip we had heavy rains. I noticed this nest of "devil claws" in the ditch. They must have washed out of the field and snagged together.




June 13, 2008 produced this great rainbow. Maybe a John Deere combine is worth a pot of gold?




I went with my mom to Nebraska for her 66th High School reunion. We usually meet in Stockton and leave one car there. This time it was mine. They had a deluge while we were gone and the asphalt from uphill washed down and caught under my car. Sure had me worried for a while, but so far no harm done.
