Did they change their minds?

I'm with my mother visiting her sister in Nebraska. We spent today visiting thrift stores. After I saw several plaques and wall hangings with similar quotes, I started to wonder. Did they change their minds?

Probably they just cleaned house or it was something that no longer matched their decor. Still, I thought it was worth a post!

Maybe they live in such a way that they need no plaque on the wall to advertise it.

I laughed as soon as I saw your title. It is kinda funny to think about. Rummaging thru thrift stores sounds like fun. I would be searching for church cookbooks!

You never can tell, these days.

It sounds like you had a fun day. I'm always hoping that I'll find a map or a picture worth $30,000 when I rummage through a thrift store. I'm still looking for my treasure.

Hard telling how some items find their way into a thrift store. I give a lot to Goodwill each year and always wonder what people will think of my donation items. My trash could very well be their treasures.

One of my favorite places is a good thrift shop. Not many available in this area, but I usually seek for them in other towns.
