I turned about half of it into this. The color placement is purposely random.
I don't know how it will wash, since it was hard not to stretch the fabric as I worked it in. I also don't know what I'll do with it. I have a little pink in one bathroom. Maybe it would be a nice absorbent mat in front of the shower?
The bonus is that I have one less pile on my sewing machine table.

Ooooh, i love it. Can you make one from terrycloth- like old, towels? Would terry weave? THAT would be great for the bathroom!

I love the pink..yes it is a great way to recycle..look for some of those old chennile bedspreads at garage sales.. I have also seen panty hose and blue jeans..and believe it or not Plastic bread sacks! We got one of those for a wedding gift. I love rag rugs:)
