Where's My Pot of Gold?

We had a brief thunderstorm blow through about supper time. These are views of the rainbow I could see looking east from my house. I really need to read the owners manual for my camera so I can get better pictures. Too late now, maybe next time!

These are beautiful Mary. You really should join the Friday Shoot-Out this week: Colors of the Rainbow! No rules, just click on the Shoot Out blog referenced on my latest post and tell Gordon to add your name. That way, people from all over the country and world can view your rainbow pictures.

Morning Mary, I am delighted you decided to share your rainbow pictures on Friday's Shoot-Out. Next week's theme will be "Celebrate Life" (in your hometown). It's open for interpretation, so have fun and I hope you'll join in again.

Gorgeous rainbows! Thank you for sharing your photos. They make me wish I still lived on the farm with its open vistas to actually see these wonders. Sigh!

These photos make me miss the wide open spaces and big sky of the High Plains and all their beauty. "Somewhere over the rainbow. . ." Couldn't resist!

I love the rainbow pictures. Last year when I went out to visit my daughter's family in Colorado Springs, we saw and photographed a double rainbow. They are almost magical.
My granddaughter is the one on the left; dark hair and wearing glasses.
