100th Post vs. Mantyhose

I just noticed this is my 100th post. I really should do something special but I already had a topic I wanted to talk about. I just read this and am trying not to be judgemental. But really! I don't like to wear pantyhose anytime so I can't understand why a man would. For warmth, I would rather wear silk long underwear than pantyhose. The support hose thing is understandable, but I guess I've just let myself go and the men are taking the lead. Well, some men. If you have a husband, ask him what he thinks of this concept and let me know if I'm truly out of touch.

I think people of all ages and both sexes worry way too much about how they look and not enough about their health. I can't imagine anyone finding pantyhose "comfortable." Pantyhose are "silly" for anyone unless they're needed for "support" due to a health problem of some kind. High heels are also "silly" but that's a totally different topic.

No way would Al wear pantyhose. I very, very seldom wear them, but then I guess I very, very seldom wear a dress. lol

Forget the pantyhose! I'm all about cuddle-duds and long johns. I could be old fashioned in that sense, but no pantyhose for this chic! I have one pair in my drawer and that's for a dress I might purchase for a social event if I can't find any pants that I like. If I ever saw a guy wearing them, other than for medical reasons, I would honestly probably have a good chuckle.

I can still remember the many years I was in bondage to pantyhose. It has been many years now since I've bought or worn a pair, and I don't intend to change that!

I gave up the panty hose many years ago too. I remember sitting in church and feeling them roll down my belly...blooooop....what a strange uncomfortable feeling. I do love buying tights in a size bigger than I normally wear for the warmth and will occasionally wear them with my beloved black dress boots. I'm thinking the mantyhose thing is not such a good idea.
